The scope of this project has included everything from New Construction all the way to restoring Historical buildings. In the last 2 years ABC has completed 25+ projects with Murray State, installed over 900 Reliable Controllers and integrated dozens of 3rd party BACnet equipment. ABC has expanded the Campus Wide building monitoring and alarm system to cover 40 buildings, allowing the Facilities staff to receive critical alarm information and respond before the building occupants feel the effects.

Results

Central Plant Chilled Water System – For the first time Central Plant has the ability to monitor and operate all of their chilled water system, which supplies chilled water to 20 campus buildings, from the Automated Building Concepts front end.

Pogue Library – Built in 1930, this iconic Renaissance Revival building has been upgraded with year-round Heat and AC.

Jackson Hall School of Nursing & Health Professionals – Through this new, state of the art building, labs and simulation areas, Murray State is equipped to offer one of the best Nursing paths in the state of Kentucky
